We all know the feeling. You hit the ”Send” button – the moment you’ve looked forward to throughout the past couple of hours. After a brief celebratory moment, all your doubts and insecurities break loose. Maybe you should’ve included a different headshot? And hey, you completely forgot to include the voluntary work you’ve done. Drat, that would have made you stand out from the pack for sure!

The truth is, once you attach your resume and send it to your hopefully-soon-to-be-employer, you can only pray for the best. Right? No, not really – since we’ve now made it possible to share your resume and still add final changes to it, thanks to our new feature Share Resume.

Sharing, hassle-free

Once you finish updating your resume, just click on the Share Resume button. You will get a unique link that you can share with potential employers, friends or work contacts via email or Facebook Messenger. The link remains the same once it’s active. If you make changes afterwards, the person on the receiving end will always see the freshest version.

If you want more exposure, sharing straight to your social media profiles – Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn is just 1 click away. It’s quick and easy and you don’t have to worry about file compatibility or anything else.

Your resume is easily accessed, but you’re in control

People who have your resume link, will be able to access it and download it as PDF – but, the resume is not public on the web. If you plan to apply for that dream job soon, you can share your resume with friends, without having to worry about it showing up when someone googles your name.

You are in complete control. If you decide this resume isn’t the best you can do anymore, you can turn off resume sharing with the green toggle. Then even people you’ve given the access to won’t be able to see the document anymore.

Excited about sharing your new resume? Try out the feature right away and let us know what you think!
